5G & IoT: Police Facial Recognition Trials Disorder Leads to £90 Fine
by the Editor
Common Purpose graduate, Cressida Dick, led Metropolitan Police have in recent days with their trial of facial recognition and so angered one man, that he received an unlawful £90 fine for verbally venting his anger.
It seems that after being alerted to the fact that the police were operating facial recognition cameras, one man decided to obscure his face with his jumper and drop his head down. According to a witness, this resulted in the police confronting the man and asking for identification which he produced.
After this sorry display, the man allegedly told them to "P*** off". It is for this that he was supposedly fined £90. Now clearly what he said wasn't acceptable, but there is no lawful basis under the laws of this land for that fine. In fact the fine itself is a criminal act as it breaches the Magna Carta and Declaration of Right (below), added to this is the fact that if the reports online are accurate, the police were the instigators and provoked this reaction by what, at face value, seems to be unlawful harrassment of the gentleman in question.
I remind readers of these parts of the constitution which render this fine (or Fixed Penalty Notice) unlawful:
"20. A freeman shall not be amerced for a slight offense, except in accordance with the degree of the offense; and for a grave offense he shall be amerced in accordance with the gravity of the offense, yet saving always his "contentment"; and a merchant in the same way, saving his "merchandise"; and a villein shall be amerced in the same way, saving his "wainage" if they have fallen into our mercy: and none of the aforesaid amercements shall be imposed except by the oath of honest men of the neighborhood."
Fines such as those issued on the spot by enforcement officers or police are absolutely unlawful in other words. Likewise disproportionate fines are also unlawful, even from a court.
"That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void."
In other words it is not lawful to fine or seize the property of anyone who has not been convicted and all previous fines and seizures are void and unlawful.
The link below drew my attention to this incident if you want to see where I got this from (I do acknowledge that the source being a mainstream news outlet (The Independent via MSN News) does mean that this event may have happened differently or not at all, but in this case I believe this article is likely to be true):
Apparently others were also harassed and potentially kidnapped by the police in this debacle. This quote is of particular concern:
"A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police could not immediately comment on the incident, but said officers were instructed to “use their judgment” on whether to stop people who avoid cameras."
Avoiding a camera is not a unlawful act so there should be absolutely no-one stopped for avoiding these cameras. People should only be stopped for unlawful behaviour or if there is realistic reason to suspect they are doing or have done something unlawful. If someone was wielding a hammer and whacking swiping at things with it along with avoiding the cameras that would clearly be a situation where it is reasonable for someone to be confronted and stopped by the police. Not wanting your face scanning by this monstrous system is not a reason for the police to stop someone.
If 5G and the Internet of Things are not stopped, this could become routine. Police will stop you and eventually you could be unlawfully fined or charged for refusing to show your face regardless of whether you swear at the police or not. This technology is not there solely to protect you or track criminals. That is the selling point to get you to approve it. What it could be used for is to track and dispose of those who are brave enough to stand against some of the evil behaviours being carried out by those in privileged positions in this country.
This facial recognition grid is one of the main components of the 5G, phased array and IoT control and kill grid.
Of course they would use it to catch the odd murderer or rapist to keep the public perception of facial recognition good, but privacy goes out of the window with these technologies. It will be very difficult to do anything without the state knowing about it. These technologies should be banned.
We have little time to stop this as 5G is already beginning to go live in certain areas. The time for action is now. If they come to install 5G on the street lights near you, stand in the way and peacefully block them from doing so.
You can quote the law at the police and explain why this is unlawful, but some don't care and will even go as far as physically assaulting and kidnapping you for demanding they act within the law.
These below problems show some of what campaigners say is being caused in Gateshead by 5G and Mark Steele the brave campaigner from that area could face jail for exposing this:
Gateshead City Council deny they are using 5G and some people insist the technology is harmless, but something is clearly going on in this area and Mark Steele has been on hand to shed a light.
Mark Steele responded to Gateshead City Council's denial with these statements:
"The transmitter operates at 868 – 870 MHz. That is a specific 5G spectrum."
"The increase in transmitters even if they did operate at 2G – 3G, as the council have stated, would make them 5G."
As with food where some people can eats nuts with no effect and it harms others, it may be that some of us have a better resistance to 5G than others, but blanket covering whole areas with 5G is as insane as blending nuts into the entire food supply.
For the reasons laid out throughout this article, I am going to encourage everyone reading to do what they can to stop this abomination. If they come to fit 5G, do what the anti-fracking campaigners have done. Block them and get in their way. Always make sure you do so peacefully. Make sure that you also tell those fitting these devices that by fitting these to umpteen street lights, handling the transmitters and being right up to them is going to leave them with a much greater chance of cancer and dementia. Remember if this goes live, we are all going to be dosed by this filth.
Even if you choose to believe Gateshead City Council's story, 5G is in the pipeline and regardless of the health effects, if this gets going your life won't be your own as the sad activity of the Metropolitan Police demonstrates.
