Propaganda of the Week #3

by the Editor

Once again the BBC win this award for their attempt to dismiss the fact that the Magna Carta still stands in the Common Law of this land and as an agreement between the Crown and the people, it is not something that Parliament can annul.

The BBC of course being the arch traitors they are have used this to try and imply that anyone daring to stand against the EU and use our unalienable rights is mentally ill. This coming from an organisation that has historically and recently used money from a extorted tax (TV Licence) to sexually abuse children. The arrogance of this group to tell us constantly that leaving the EU will be bad and portray themselves as honest and impartial beggars belief. If I woke up tomorrow to discover they had gone under, it would make my day. I would go as far as to say that the BBC is a cancer that needs a dose of GcMAF.

To us in this day there may be parts of the Magna Carta that some may disagree with, but the Magna Carta can be used as a great protection to us in that it gives us lawful recourse for the band of criminals destroying the lives of people across the land to be removed from their positions of responsibility.

If this man's behaviour was unlawful then it is correct that some action should have been taken to deal with him and I am not suggesting his seizing of neighbouring properties was a good idea (if that did actually happen, as we cannot trust the BBC to report truthfully), but to spin this out into trying to rubbish the Magna Carta is appalling. The Magna Carta does in Article 61, allow lawful rebellion (see below paragraphs) including seizing certain buildings, albeit only at the decision of the Barons to invoke Article 61 (we will come on to that later on in the article as it seems it may have been invoked in 2001).

Magna Carta Article 61:

"Since for God, for the improvement of our kingdom, and to better allay the discord arisen between us and our barons, we have granted all these concessions, and wishing that the concessions be enjoyed in their entirety with firm endurance (for ever), we give and grant to the barons the following security:

Namely, that the barons choose any twenty-five barons of the kingdom they wish, who must with all their might observe and hold, and cause to be observed, the peace and liberties we have granted and confirmed to them by this our present Charter. Then, if we, our chief justiciar, our bailiffs or any of our officials, offend in any respect against any man, or break any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offence is notified to four of the said twenty-five barons, the four shall come to us—or to our chief justicicar if we are absent from the kingdom—to declare the transgression and petition that we make amends without delay.

And if we, or in our absence abroad the chief justice, have not corrected the transgression within forty days, reckoned from the day on which the offence was declared to us (or to the chief justice if we are out of the realm), the four barons mentioned before shall refer the matter to the rest of the twenty-five barons. Together with the community of the whole land, they shall then distrain and distress us in every way possible, namely by seizing castles, lands, possessions and in any other they can (saving only our own person and those of the queen and our children), until redress has been obtained in their opinion. And when amends have been made, they shall obey us as before.

Whoever in the country wants to, may take an oath to obey the orders of the twenty-five barons for the execution of all the previously mentioned matters and, with the barons, to distress us to the utmost of his power. We publicly and freely give permission to every one who wishes to take this oath, and we shall never forbid any one from taking it. Indeed, all those in the land who are unwilling to this oath, we shall by our command compel them to swear to it.

If any one of the twenty-five barons dies or leaves the country, or is in any other manner incapacitated so the previously mentioned provisions cannot be undertaken, the remaining barons of the twenty-five shall choose another in his place as they think fit, who shall be duly sworn in like the rest.

If there is any disagreement amongst the twenty-five barons on any matter presented to them, or if some of them are unwilling or unable to be present, what the majority of those present ordain or command shall be held as fixed and established, exactly as if all twenty-five had consented in this.

The said twenty-five barons shall swear to faithfully observe all the aforesaid articles and will do all they can to ensure that the articles are observed by others.

And we shall procure nothing from any one, either personally or indirectly, whereby any part of these concessions and liberties might be revoked or diminished; and if any such thing has been procured, let it be void and null, and we shall never make use of it ourselves or through someone else."

The man was slightly off the true meaning in the way he went about things here, but he was getting close to the truth of the matter. I think quite clearly unless his neighbours were people like Theresa May, that the spirit of Magna Carta Article 61 isn't that you can seize random land. I think it is that you seize land involved with treachery. Given that the whole intention of Article 61 is redress, I am not sure how wronging innocent people by seizing their property for nothing important to the redress would fall under that. The traitors could also take some comfort from Article 61 as it says their lives should be spared. The likes of the Police should be using this and they should raid Parliament and carry out mass arrests of the criminals within there and then follow it up by rooting out those really pulling the strings such as those in the banks.

Back in 2001 it was announced to little fanfare that Article 61 of the Magna Carta was being put into action by four peers. The article is still at the time of writing available here:

With the possibility of it being removed from that link in future, I reproduce the article below:

"Peers petition Queen on Europe

By Caroline Davies

FOUR peers invoked ancient rights under the Magna Carta yesterday to petition the Queen to block closer integration with Europe.

The Duke of Rutland, Viscount Masserene and Ferrard, Lord Hamilton of Dalzell and Lord Ashbourne were imbued with the spirit of the ancient Charter, thrust on King John in 1215. In accordance with the Charter's Clause 61, the famous enforcement clause, the four presented a vellum parchment at Buckingham Palace, declaring that the ancient rights and freedoms of the British people had to be defended.

The clause, one of the most important in the Charter, which was pressed on King John at Runnymede, allows subjects of the realm to present a quorum of 25 barons with a petition, which four of their number then have to take to the Monarch, who must accept it. It was last used in 1688 at the start of the Glorious Revolution.

The four peers, who were all thrown out of Parliament in November 1999, proved they had that quorum by presenting Sir Robin Janvrin, the Queen's private secretary, with the petition signed by 28 hereditaries and letters of support from another 60. In addition, they claim the support of thousands of members of the public.

They say that several articles in the Treaty of Nice agreed by Tony Blair in December will destroy fundamental British liberties. The Queen has 40 days to respond. Under the Magna Carta's provisions, if the Sovereign does not observe the Charter the people may rise up and wage war on her, seizing castles, lands and possessions until they have redress."

In addition to this article I once came across this when researching the subject and stored it for future use. I cannot confirm this is the petition that was actually delivered. It is dated February 2001, although that does not necessarily contradict the news article above as it could have been written in the month before delivery). The below petition may be one that some random person has put together, but I am including it for your viewing. If anyone can verify whether this is or is not the petition, I would be most grateful.

The BBC in its usual fashion has either done no research into the Magna Carta before coming up with such a dreadful article as the one they published or they have done research and despite that have managed to publish misleading information. Had they done accurate research they would have found that the man involved was likely actually trying to follow the law and free the country, but I will acknowledge that if the reporting of what he did is accurate it seems he may not have applied the law correctly in this case. I imagine he was incredibly annoyed at the band of criminals subverting the law and felt he had to take action. The BBC won't accurately cover why he took the course of action he did as it could lead more people to realise that there is a lawful recourse and that if applied properly and lawfully there would be huge implications for their nefarious masters.

As the UK Column say the traitors fear the military because if the service men realise treason is afoot and turn then the traitors are in huge danger. I think they are absolutely terrified and that is why we are seeing some truly deranged pieces of propaganda such as the Skripal affair as they desperately try to regain control of the narrative. It isn't working though and as their little house of cards continues to collapse, we are likely to see more and more ridiculous articles from the likes of the BBC. I am certain the current anti-Russian nonsense is to try to unite us behind our politicians and make us look to and depend on them for support when in reality many of these politicians cannot be trusted.

My advice to readers is do not pay a TV licence. Do not even watch the BBC. Cut off their finances and starve the monster.

Finally a warning that we must not allow these criminals to brand us as mentally ill. They will try as it is a common tactic to try and protect themselves. People are rightfully angry with these upstarts, but we must be clever to bring peace. Who knows it may even help to save the souls of those responsible for the mess. We must remember that this can and should be done peacefully (who really wants violence on the streets). If enough people are made aware of the situation and stand up to say we aren't having it, we can simply have the Police arrest those behind the criminality. Granted this will require the good within the Police force standing up to be counted, but the domino effect can come into play here and a few can quickly become a few hundred. It's not exactly hard to see the criminal behaviour in Parliament these days, they don't even bother to try and hide it that well anymore. To put this in proper perspective I am not saying that having a system of government is bad in itself, I am saying that it is the people within that system currently who are perverting the system that are the issue. They are carrying out sedition and treason and I also say the BBC are guilty of the same two charges.
