E3 European Security: Another EU Bowstring?
|by the Editor
Are we marching towards a fake Brexit? Potentially, but the approximated 17.4 million who stood up in 2016 (and those who didn't) have the power to change the future in December. Get the LibLabCon out.
We are seeing the seeds of entanglement being sown and watered in front of us whilst the Conservatives tell us they are the party to get us out.
In a direct quote from the article, German Defence Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer was quoted as having said the following (seemingly on 7/11/2019 if I am comprehending the article correctly):
“Brexit or not, the island won’t just sail away. It remains part of our security architecture,” she said in a speech in Munich. “I therefore propose that we make permanent the ‘E3-format’ that emerged around the Iran question.”
Let us dissect this paragraph. It starts with "Brexit or not". This implies there are still ideas of no exit.
The same sentence says we won't just sail away. They are telling us here we aren't getting out even if we think we have left.
The second sentence is perhaps the most threatening and worrying of the lot. Read this part of it and let it sink in:
"It remains part of our security architecture"
Who is "our"? Whether she is speaking in her capacity as German Defence Minister or as some EU affiliate these people talk of us as a possession. They are not God, they didn't create us and hold no ownership over us.
Please if you haven't already, please wake up to what we are facing here. They treat us like a child treats a toy car.
We need to be secure from this sort of behaviour. Boris Johnson's deal does not free us from this.
Article 129.3 (Johnson Deal):
" In accordance with the principle of sincere cooperation, the United Kingdom shall refrain, during the transition period, from any action or initiative which is likely to be prejudicial to the Union's interests, in particular in the framework of any international organisation, agency, conference or forum of which the United Kingdom is a party in its own right."
This is a subversion of the constitution for definite and I would also argue it is treason too. This means that we are not allowed to pursue any of our own interests when they would be of detriment to the EU. This in turn means that we wouldn't be able to take military action that differs to what the EU wants to do.
This proves that the claim elsewhere written in the Johnson deal that we will have control of our defence is an utter nonsense and not true.
I repeat this time and again, but I am going to do so again. Boris Johnson's deal subverts our written constitution.
Declaration of Right:
"And I do declare that no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm. So help me God."
